Superhuman Quattro is our team event that has both indoor and outdoor workouts;
Please be aware that all over our events have consistently sold out for the past 3 years so please ensure you book sooner than later in order to ensure you get a space.
Our events are a test of pure functional endurance and grit and require you to have a great ‘engine’ rather than any specific technical abilities.
You can take part in any of our events to either compete hard and test your physical endurance against others, or you can simply challenge yourself and engage in a battle of ‘You against You’ and prove to yourself that you have what it takes to get through the day.
The Superhuman Event Series attracts fitness fanatics from all over Europe from a variety of backgrounds and sports as well as military and public service, Crossfitters, Bootcamps, gym enthusiasts, fitness and sports coaches and many more.
All of our events are free for spectators and we have experienced judges & stewards, live music, food & drink stalls and many other types of sport & fitness vendors.

200m sprint > 10 burpees > 200m Farmers carry (24kg KB/16kg KB) > 10 burpees > 200m partner carry
